Virtual Learning & Discussion Group - Pilot

Congregations Beth Israel, Beth El and Beth Shalom are invited to be a part of this Learning Group, which offers white people an opportunity to become more accountable about racism. In a shared learning experience that blends informational and facilitated conversation, we will examine race, racism, and whiteness.

This learning group will be purposely small to promote individual learning and group conversation. Whether you are new to this journey or not – this group is for you, to learn from one another and support each other.

Participants are requested to attend all sessions.

Our facilitator is Adena Cytron-Walker who has a background in intergroup dialogue and social justice education. She is also the Vice-President of Programs at the Multicultural Alliance.
