Our CBI series of security training sessions continues with De-escalation Training led by officers from Fort Worth Police Intel/Homeland Security Unit. Location TBD

You’ll learn to:

• Recognize non-verbal cues and signs of stress
• Use active listening, empathy, and calm communication to defuse tense situations
• Develop a safety plan and understand when and how to respond
• Practice real-life scenarios to build confidence in handling disruptive or crisis moments

By the end of the 90-minute session, you’ll leave with practical tools to help ensure the well-being of those around you—whether at CBI, community gatherings or out in public.

Evening Schedule

• 6:30 PM – Enjoy dessert treats and community time
• 7:00 PM – Training begins promptly
