Registration Information

Please be sure to include the names (and ages) of all who will be attending services. This will be required for security and check-in procedures. Thank you in advance for supporting our efforts towards a safe, secure, and meaningful environment for High Holy Days.

If you are a visiting member of another URJ Congregation, please fill out the Reciprocity Form. This must be signed, submitted and approved prior to registering for CBI guest tickets.*
