Adult Bar/Bat Mitzvah Class

For young people, the bar/bat mitzvah experience marks a transition to greater responsibility within their lives, their families, and their Jewish community. For adults the idea is very similar and will be accomplished through in depth Jewish learning and Jewish living.

This class will be two-year commitment and is open to all Jewish adults, whether or not they've become Bar/Bat Mitzvah in the past. Knowledge of Hebrew is not required, but is certainly helpful.

To show your interest in attending this class, please complete the form below. Please note: in order for the class to begin, we require at least 6 participants.

Classes will take place from 3:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. on Sunday afternoons starting in August. The tuition will be $360 for CBI Members and will include all books & materials. If the cost of the class is prohibitive, please contact Rabbi Charlie regarding scholarships. Payment is not due now.
