2022 Youth & Childcare Request Form

We are once again offering our youth a relevant, educational, and engaging High Holy Days experience.

We will offer childcare for the following:

Evening and afternoon services - children ages 18 months to 10 years old
Morning Services - children ages 18 months through Pre-K

We will provide activities during services for our youth Kinder - Bar/Bat mitzvah. Please let us know which services your children will attend.
