Security at CBI and Events
The following update was provided to our Congregation by our security partner, Secure Community Network:
- As of Thursday, October 12 at 1:00 PM CDT, there are NO CREDIBLE THREATS to the Jewish Community in our area.
- It is true that Hamas called for a worldwide day of action and Jihad on Friday. Again, we know of NO THREATS to the Jewish Community in our area.
- At this time, CBI will be open for services and other events this weekend. We will notify the community via email and text messages should there be a need to change.
CBI continues to provide armed security personnel at all services and events. We ask that attendees of CBI events abide by the following security policies:
- NO large purses, bags, or backpacks (12" x 6" x 12") will be allowed inside the building or near groups congregating outdoors.
- Diaper bags and purses may be subject to search, or may be left in the attendee’s vehicle.
